They believe nobody from Sydney to Newcastle offers fresher seafood. Their menu consists of at least five fresh whole fish at any time; fresh, not frozen, prawns; seafood platters including lobster, oysters, Australian large king prawns, Morten bay bugs, mussels, octopus, scallops, fillet of fish, and from the deep fryer, salt and pepper squid and chips.
