We make artisan gelato using real, natural ingredients. Our flavours are distinct and strong because we never skimp on these ingredients. Our sorbets are, of course, fat free, with lots of real fruit, while our milk-based flavours are low in fat (typically 5-6% butterfat). All our products contain sugar (there is no other way to achieve our delicious flavours), however, we keep the sugar to a minimum and our gelato is never too sweet.
